Little Pednvadan is relatively easy to find and we advise that you enter Cornwall on the A30 and exit at Fraddon, opposite McDonalds, following the road through to Grampound road until you reach a staggered crossroads crossing the A390, go straight across towards Trewithien Gardens. Continue on this small road taking you towards Tregony. Once on the bridge over the river at Tregony (this is the A3078) towards St. Mawes, continue a further six miles until you pass a sign to Pendower Beach. The next left hand turn will take you down to Rosevine and after the Driftwood Hotel the cottage is on the left after approximately 500 yards.
