This charming detached cottage sits in a unique location in 14 acres of heritage coastline at Rosevine on the lovely Roseland Peninsula. It stands completely on its own enjoying uninterrupted views across Gerrans bay to the Nare Head and is just a very short distance from the sand beach of Porthcurnick owned by the National Trust.
The cottage has been converted from an old stable range built with beach stones 150 years ago and is full of character. 

We are able to sleep 5 people in 1 twin, 1 double and a single bedroom. The accommodation is mainly on one level however there are a few steps inside. Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday, and vacant from 3pm, on arrival unless by prior arrangement. We ask visitors to leave by 10am on departure. Well behaved pets are welcome, and visitors are most welcome to walk in our fields. The harbourside village of Portscatho with neighboring Gerrans is a short walk of half a mile away, and has 2 pubs, a restaurant, local shops and a doctors surgery.
